Red face Anyone made ponytail cuffs before?

Has Anyone made ponytail cuffs before? Where would I get the cuffs from (I haven't seen them before) and what glue would I use? A school is wanting them for their cheer team this year. Thanks for the info. Here's a picture ....not my picture

I got some of these from Hairparts and for the life of me I could not figure out how to glue it all together. There is 2 pieces 1 is the plastic cuff and the other is a little plastic cylinder that would go on the other side of the elastic. Only problem is it doesn't glue flat KWIM. I would probably destash them to you if you want, and can figure out how to make them work

I found a smaller version at Dollar General (can you believe it) with the ponytail holder attached. It looks like the grove where the ponytail elastic goes in the cylinder fits next to the cuff making the smooth part of the cylinder the part that touches your hair. Hope that makes since, if not I can post a picture of it but it is black and may be hard to see if I do. If you would still like to destash let me know but if you want it, it looks like they're going to be "the next big thing" LOL. Thanks!

Ohhhh...I like those! Now to figure out how to make them. I have never even seen the hardware that you all are talking about. Time for some research! Anyone have thoughts to share?
