Default Bottlecap help.... newbie here.

I came across a video on youtube and the girl glued her image to the BC with gorilla glue and then used the epoxy resin stickers. Would this be something that can hold up on a hairbow? Just wondering b/c it seemed so much easier than having to deal with mod podge and actual resin. I wasn't real sure how to glue the image to the cap myself to begin with so wanting to see what everyone else does. Has anyone tried the thermoweb from here yet? Please and thank you.

Thermoweb is SUPER DUPER fabulous (IMO)!!! I did a thread on it awhile back when I discovered it.

I'd be leary about using Gorilla Glue. That stuff does stick like CRAZY, but it always spreads and kinda puffs up when it dries. Would definitely take some trial and error.

I don't use the drops, but there has been a bunch of threads on here singing their praises and then those saying they aren't any good. Hard to say on that.

I have used the drops and they have not worked for long term in my experience

I like the therm o web. My only problem with it is punching it out with my punch.

I have the Xycron 1.5" sticker maker for $8.00 at Walmart I run images thru. I also use redin drops. About 5 min for great cap. I haven't had a prob with the drops?

I just use my hole punch to punch out the 1" circle from the Thermoweb. Peel 1 side and stick it to the image and then peel the other side and stick it to the cap. I swear ~ my bubbles have gone down about 90% by using this stuff!!

I have not tried the resin drops myself, but I bought a bow online where the girl used the drops. It looked really nice, but one morning when I was vaccuming my daughters room I noticed something on the floor underneath where all her bows hang and it was the entire image with resin drop still attached. I was a little leary about using them myself after that!
