Default How do I charge Paypal fees?

Hi, I am invoicing some ladies and the first three I invoiced pay pal charged me. WHat am I doing wrong? How do you make the buyer pay the fee? I went under Request Money and then hit for goods. Thanks!

http://www.rolbe.com/paypal.htm

figure up the amount they owe, type that in "to receive this amount" box then over in the "paypal fees would be" box add that amount to the invoice. OR if you are not itemizing the invoices you can just use the "person would have to send you" box and request that amount.

You have to charge them for the PP fee (which is 2.9% of the total plus $0.30). I always break it out Product $ + Shipping $ + PP fee.

Best website ever for that: http://www.rolbe.com/paypal.htm

Just type in the amount you want to get and it'll figure the PP fee for you.

You have to calculate the pp fees and then add that amount to the total of the item + shipping. If you google "fee calculator" there is actually a site that will calculate the fees for you. I use www.rolbe.com/paypal.htm
You add up the cost of the item and the shipping and then the fee calculator will tell you what the pp fees will be and then you just add that amount to the item and shipping cost. The other option is to have the buyer gift you the amount...there are no fees to gift money. HTH

Could find it in pp somewhere but you girls are the bomb

Does pp take fees on shipping? So would I add shipping in before putting it in the calculator?

PP takes fees out of ANYTHING you receive! Add the extra 2.9% + .30 to your shipping costs as part of the shipping fees.
