Girl with braided hair clippie-With Tutorial!

Pardon my english. I dont know what you call this, braided hair? platted hair?
This clippie is made to show the back side of a girls head
(you can make one matching your baby's hair color).




Anyways mini Tuturial:
1.cut 6" 3/8 brown grosgrain and heat seal them.



2. Take 3 and leave 1.5 inches space on the top and glue them as shown(like a fan)



3. Do the same for the next 3.

4. Start plating them and glue the ends.





5. Fold the tip as shown in the picture. Assemble everything on the alligator clip.

Thats it.
Time taken: 5 min
Measures: 4.5 inches length

thats how i go to school when i was young(kind of like a uniform, if you have short hair, use ribbon to make it long! ) ! then what is french plat? thanks!
