Default ET lite and wet edges

I print my images at home, glue them on with a glue stick.. all images are very secure around the edges.. and I seal them with a spray sealer for the ink. I do not have this issue with 3d but the heat and shipping is doing Bad things to my caps so i NEED to get this solved..

do you think if i Seal the back of the paper too I can prevent this???
I do not have access to the xyron thing so that won't work!
