Default Lining Headbands to make them non-slip??

Hi everyone. I'm pretty new to this site and bow-making in general. Have only been making bows for around 3-4 months and am just getting ready to put my first lot up for sale. I've purchased some of those blank plastic headbands and have made a couple of lovely finished ones, however when my daughter runs around in them she complains that they don't stay put.... Is there something I can try to stick around the inside edges to help it stay put? I read something earlier about silicone??? Would that be the same as the type my husband uses everyday (he's a builder)?? I reallly would like something to stop them moving around, since I think I will sell more that way.
Any suggestions would be muchly appreciated.

I use silicone. but if you use the male side of the velcro it will stay in the hair, only problem with that is that it is a PIA to take out of the kids hair.
