awww Cindy thanks, I have tried and tried the tape and it never stays on my clippies, I do have a tutorial that is very inexpensive but it is also included in my life time tutorial package

This is what I do too!

I think it just takes some practice. I use a smaller sized glue gun, that seemed to help me. If the glue squeaks out, get it fast before it dries. I,f its only a little I agree with the other ladies and pull out the lighter!

I glue all mine with Fabric Tac glue. It works fast and is always smooth. I was never good with the glue gun. You can get it at any craft or fabric store.
I never have tried tape.... I wonder how that works? Is there a special kind of tape? Regular double sided tape sucks to hold paper.

I have not tried the tape yet but I have ordered some here with the tape and they do look nicer.

Like the other ladies said, just glue down the middle. And, I always keep a pair of tweezers handy. Let the glue cool just a little so it's not oozy, but still very pliable and then just grab it with the tweezers. Comes right off

I glue down the middle as well and if there is any goop I wipe it off...though I have been known to burn myself a time or two lol!
