Default how to back fabric flowers

Hi Ladies,

I was wondering what you guys do (if anything) to the back of your fabric flowers? I was thinking of gluing some felt or something on the back so it doesn't look ugly. KWIM?

I put felt on the back of all my fabric flowers, but that's just me. I like to cover all my stitching and make things look "pretty" Plus I think it holds better to the clip, headband, etc if it has the felt...again just my opinion and I haven't been doing this long. Let's hear from the ladies that have been doing this a LONG time.

first I hot glue around the fraying of the fabric on the back and then I cut a matching felt circle and glue it on

Sometimes I can be a perfectionist. I try to add my own little touch and cut out a heart shape of felt or gg ribbon and heat seal the edges and glue it on the back of the fabric flower. I think it gives it a nice and personal touch.

I back mine with a felt circle on the underside of the headband. I feel like it attaches it better and looks nicer.

I add some hot glue into the hole to double-secure the center of the flower then finish the back with a felt circle over the raw edge.

I add a felt circle on the back with a lined clip! Makes it look nicer!
