Where are you selling? Online or at a store. I have a hard time selling locally because I am in a small, poorish area and people won't pay enough for it to be worth my effort. I can only really sell online.

I like the plain stone ones as well. I just got some pony os with the nice antique centers and I have not even sold 1 yet. I thought for sure they would sell really well.

Same here. I can sell via boutiques in the next town over (about a 40 min drive over the mountain) but they won't sell here!
Most of my business is done online. I have a few websites and etsy shops.. none of which are open right now due to the ol' marital situation.
Have you tried traveling to a larger city nearby? We have shows and farmers markets here but my poor town only shops walmart. Can't compete with cheap rollbacks on cheap faded glory clips

I think they're beautiful. Displaying them on headbands or hats definitely helps - I sold very similar flowers w/out rhinestone centers for $3 - $4 easily once people could imagine how they looked when worn.

Thanks for the input. I think I will price them the same way. I have sold lots of smaller flowers like this and did sell with centers but used layers when I did well with them in another shop.

I think they are fine, try taking them to a bridal shop to consign for brides and bridesmaids/ flower girls...

with the fancy centers I have a hard time as well... they dont realize that the centers themselves if bought retail can range in the $8.00 range.

I sell similar at craft shows for $8-10 in the well todo areas I can sometimes get $15

I love the centers - even more so than plain rhinestone ones!! I think charging anything less than $5 would be criminal & think you could/should get at least $6-$8 for those. Good luck!!

I think they are beautiful! Since you appeal to a wider-variety with your vintage shop, what about mentioning that you offer them on pin backs too? I think women would be very interested in them to pin to their sweater too. Just a thought!

I think I may try that and I'll try some variation in sizing. Just purchased another bundle of pins and brooches so hopefully something interesting will come of it. Originally was just going with felt for those too but maybe I can work these in. Thanks!

I can't quote again..but
Just wanted to say also that YES>> these are ExPensive!!

Thinking for the nicer vintage flowers I may go to $6-$8 and the others I may only price around $3.50 ish. Give or take. Two separate shops
And MODELING needs to be done!!

Thanks, all!
