Default woven headband patterns

Is there anywhere I can get free patterns for woven headbands? I just learned to make them 2 days ago so I don't want to pay for the tut here just yet

Stripes, regular weave, and zigzag are made by ribbon placement. So if you want stripes, place color one on top left and bottom right and color 2 on bottom left and top right. Hope that makes sense. If you want more of a zig zag look, just use 3 like colors and one other color.

I never bought any tuts but figured out how to do the zigzag and stripes...it's hard to explain so I won't even try, but you just have to play with it a bit and with time you will figure it out. Good luck

I think the You-tube vid gives a little bit of info on achieving different patterns, but I would honestly just start playing with ribbon placement and see happens.

This is what I meant by stripes. It's just in the ribbon placement. Before you start weaving you have two peices on one side and two peices of ribbon on the other. The top left (to the left of the headband) and bottom right should be the same color. The bottom left and top right should be the same color. Weave just like you would the one with diamonds and you will get the stripe. PM me if you have any questions.

Ahhhh!! Thanks for that info. I had already figured out the stripes on my own, but that helped with the zigzag. Now to figure out the watermelon weave!!
