Very cute bows!

Without looking at what anyone else has posted I would say go up $1 on the stacked bows, you are printing your own ribbon and that is a lot more work and more cost for supplies

The little korker I think you could easily get $3+ for.

and the flower sculpture I think $4 would still be a fair price

For my plain twisted I charge $2.50 for 2" and then $1 per inch from there....does that make sense?

You should time yourself

I do mine sorta like an assembly line, except I am the only person working the line...LOL

I fold and tie all my bows, then I go back and sew up through the center of all, then I bake all (if they are twisteds, I do not really bake my others), then I add the center knot to all then add the clip to all....

I do 20+ at a time and I would say 2-3 hours usually to complete all depending on how many I do, and what style, twisteds take a little longer (shaping and baking).

Make sure you know how long you spend so you can calculate in your time!

Thank you!! Yeah, the printing really takes time and a ton of extra $$ when you include the cost of graphics, ink, and transfer paper. But, it is hard for me to think of them as $3 - I guess I need to get over it since it is worth that!! I guess we all have this problem when we first start out. Thanks for the prices on the Twisteds. I need to start some of them!

I normally make one at a time. I don't have a ton of orders. I have enough though - since I work full time. However, I have a wholesale order that is all duplicates of ones I made for her before. I made a ton of the base bows the other night. I guess that fast and efficent comes with practice too - I am relatively new to the bow world.

I think you coud get at least $3.50 for the korkers...you could always do a set for $6 so it looks like they are saving and will buy the set.

And the flower clippie. I would list it in my store at $5.00 or more.

Do you have a timer you can stop and start. I have a 3 dollar kitchen timer with a mag on the back. I work full time- I am the director of a nonprofit- so most weeks I work 50 hours a week. My crafty items have gotten so popular, it is not worth doing them unless I get paid for them. you dont want to pay them to make it for them. Use a timer. everythime you have to stop working to deal with kids/house, stop the timer. When you have one completed you know how long it took and then figure out how many you could do in an hour from that one time.
