Default first flower...is this right?

ok...so i took it completely apart and glued all the layers back together (minus the plastic layers) and glued a big fat rhinestone to the center...so does it look good? did i do it right? and how to i attach it to my tutu dress now?

You did it right. I've always put my flower on a clip and attached it that way to a tutu so someone can get dual usage out of it but that's just me. I'm sure some ladies on here with much more experience in tutus can help.
