Default Has anyone made the Croc bows yet?

I've tried a few different ways of attaching the bow to the doodad. I'm not real thrilled with anything I've done so far. Is anyone willing to share how they secure the bow to the doodad?

I made mine by sewing them to buttons - they have worked great so far and super easy!

I make them and they are supercute!!! My dd wore some yesterday to her preschool class and all the moms had a fit!! Anyway.. Thanks to Judy74- I have regained my faith in E6000. It has to cure for about 18-24 hours, but you would need a sledgehammer to get them off..They are on my site... Etsy :: lilgoosebowtique ::

I'd be interested to know this too, also where do you get the doodads?

Are you all using the doodads from Oriental Trading Co or the ones from Michaels ("Snap-Its")??? I bought the Michaels kind, but haven't used them yet. They seem like they are easy to take apart (too easy)...just wondering about durability...

I haven't made these yet but I plan on using the e6000.

My question is: are people treating the ribbon? I've seen pictures of light pink and white bows on crocs and know they would get filthy after one day. Scotch guard? Something else?

The ones from Michaels do come apart fairly easily.. I ended up using super glue to have the snap its permanently put together. That worked great and they slip into the crocs well after that. I used E6000 to secure the bow to the snap it's but make sure you give it plenty of "curing time" like 18-24 hours. HTH
