I googled fabric flower and I don't see it.

That I don't know. I've made my own variation of it, but I didn't buy the instructions, so I can't vouch for them.

I don't think you need to pay money for a tut, it honestly just looks like a bunch of fabric squished together. It's cute don't get me wrong, but if you just run a gathering stitch through a really wide piece of fabric I think you'd get pretty much the same effect.

I think the same thing. Looks like a running stitch, pull and then shape in a circle. I'd rip the fabric to get an unfinished edge because it will look drastically different. This looks like duponi silk.
