Default Attaching Flower to Headband

Hello everyone! I want to attach a large daisy to a crochet headband. Can anyone tell me the best way to get the flower on there permanently?

I would like to know, too. I have a customer who likes her bow headbands permanently attched and not on a clip.

Could you sew it on before gluing your centerpiece to your flower... I havent made one of these yet....

That was my idea also. Take the flower apart to remove plastic pieces. Then glue back together. Sew flower in the center to the headband, then glue your flower center part back in place.

I just bought my daisies but have not used them yet! Good luck.

Great idea! I'll have to try that. I actually worked on it a bit more and here's what I ended up doing.

1. Took flower apart and then glued back together
2. Glued a piece of 3/8 grosgrain ribbon to the back of the flower and weaved the ribbon through to the backside/inside of the headband
3. Then I just glued the two ends tightly together.

It looks clean and finished. So, I guess that's another way to do it. Probably not as secure at the sewing, of course, but probably a bit quicker!
