Default Petti tutu Question

When you tie the fluff onto the bottom....do you knot the tulle from the tutu first and then tie the fluff on top of that knot?

Or do you just tie the "fluff" onto the tulle?

Or is there a totally different way to do it? I have made a few now and I'm curious how other people do it! Thanks a bunch!!!!

Everything I've seen says just to tie it onto the tulle, but I haven't made one myself yet, so I don't know.

I just tie the fluff onto the tulle. I actually double knot it.

I knot the tulle first, then tie the fluff over the knot. No matter how tight I would tie the fluff, I always felt that it could eventually just slip off.

Is "fluff" just little pieces of tulle?
