I find them at Michaels, AC Moore, any craft store. They run sales on them every now and then. The price varies depending on what you get, but they are under $1.00 a piece. I haven't sold any so I am not sure about pricing, but I would think $3-5ish.

Michaels, Crafts 2000, any craft store. I charge $5.00 for a single, $10.00 for a double and up to $20.00 for the good ones.

I normally buy them at Michaels, although lately ours hasn't had any nice ones I was trying to find a new place but no luck so far. I sell the animals ones for 5.00, they sell really well. The larger ones that I paint myself I sell for anywhere from 7-9 dollars.

I glue a piece of ribbon. Make it look like a "cancer ribbon" . I've seen some at shows that glue a "pop top" from a soda can on it.

I buy mine at Hobby Lobby and charge $6 for them. They usually cost about 0.97 or less. I put two clippies on them at my last show so that people knew what they were used for.
