Default sippy cup inserts

Does anyone know how to make the inserts for the playtex cups? I know to just use the pattern it came with-but what do you use to keep the fabric from being so floppy? I saw where someone put that they were 3 layers thick!! Any ideas?

Are you talking about the sippy cups? If you are, could you use the paper that comes in it as a pattern? If you are not talking about sippy cups then I am in way left field!!

Hi
I glue the fabric to the little cardboard inserts that come with the cups. I use a glue stick and then machine sew around the edges to secure.
Good luck

Yea, I'm not in left field!! That is a really good idea- I've have never thought of doing that, the girls would love it!!! Do you think it would work if you used starch on it when you were done?? Maybe you could just use spray adhesive and make it stiffer with 2 - What do you think??

Or, if you are embroidering it you can just leave the stabilizer on the back

My kids have some. I don't know what the gal used inside them. She does make purses so I wonder if she used something similar.
