Default how do you attach

your bottle caps to a line clip? If you just glue it on doesn't the glue show on the sides?

That is my project for the week (as soon as I make more bottle caps!) I've heard that people use E6000 on theirs because it holds really well and that with hot glue it will just pop off.

HTH!

That's what I have read also. What I have done in the past is put E6000 in the cap and attach a botton, then but ribbon then another botton, and wrap the ribbon around the clip. Alot of gluing. I know E6000 works great, but that is a thin area to glue and I think the glue would show.

I think that I read that people glue down circle felt pads inside the cap and then glue down that to the clip. I have flattened caps, so I'm going to be skipping that step. I've only tried the felt pads to stretchy headbands when I used a non flattened cap.

I put felt pad in my caps and then glue them directly to the lined clip.

Where do you get your felt pads? Just came back from Wal Mart and bought the 3/4" and they were $2.57 for 20. That adds on about 14 cents a cap.

I am struggling with mine. I tried the E6000 and it didn't hold. Actually everytime I have tried E6000 it hasn't held. I wonder if it is human error or if there is something wrong with my tube

I feel the same I HATE E6000 it never seems to work for me and it is all clumpy and dries like that. I have no idea why it doesn't work for me and everyone else uses it.
