i dont do bottle caps, but I'd suggest trying e6000. I've heard of people filling the cap with hot glue and then using the e6000 to stick it. You could also try getting those wooden circles to stick inside to fill the space and then using the e6000... that stuff is really great stuff HTH!

I glue the ribbon directly to the bottle cap then attach it to the bow. if that makes sense. Heres a pic. I just happen to be working on some. I then glue ribbon with the cap attached to the bow. Go the tip from another HG somewhere.... Oh and I use E6000

I use the small circle felt pads. They are the perfect size for bottlecaps. That fills the hole and I then just use hot glue to glue it to my ribbon.

I glue the ribbon to the bottlecap like you do (I use hot glue) then glue a wooden disc (you can get them at any craft store) in the bottlcap over the ribbon. Then glue the bottlecap to the bow and the ends of your ribbon around the bow. HTH and makes sense! If it doesn't let me know, and I'll take some pics for you

Definitely E6000! I am cheap, though, and dig around for extra buttons lying around. Works great.

I just made my first bow with a bottlecap last night, I put E6000 all over the inside, then stacked 3 buttons to make it flush with the bottle cap and E6000 to attach it to the bow, looks good and its firmly in there "

I poke 2 holes in the center and make a button and sew them to the ribbon. I then glue and epoxy my image and you can't see the holes at all.
