Red face E6000 or Hot Glue

Hi - I have posted under the wrong forum - so here I am again!

hello! I'm taking suggestions - E6000 or hot glue for attaching the padded appliques (butterflies, hearts etc) on a alligator clips lined with grosgrain ribbon? Or would it be better if you hand-sew the applique to the ribbon first, then line the clip to finish?

Thank you for your advice!

Default Re: E6000 or Hot Glue

The padded appliques you can do hot glue or fabri-tac, because they are fabric you really don't need to E6000 unless you REALLY want to. Where E6000 comes in handy is attaching resins, bottlecaps, rhinestones, covered buttons where it's not a fabric to fabric gluing.

Thumbs up Re: E6000 or Hot Glue

Thank you so much for the kind advice. So for fabric + fabric, E6000 is more powerful than hot glue. I always worry that the appliques come off, if my 2-yr old pulls them hard (although she shouldn't be playing with them.)

I LOVE your boutique bows by the way. How do you make them look so square? If that's not a secret
