Unhappy So do you have to make bottlecaps in a freakin clean room...

I am so beyond frustrated...I just did a batch of bottlecaps and scrabble tiles and I swear every one of them has fuzz in them. I even covered them. How the heck do you keep crap from getting in them? I have conquered bubbles now have to figure this out. I hate having the redo so many of them.

HELP.............

Thanks ladies!

I hate lint and little particles floating in the air! I have the same problem. I keep mine covered and check them several times. I am vigilant with the toothpick trying to make sure I have the particles off that may have settled. I still get at least one in each batch that slips by me. They are hard to see of course until they are dry and it is too late.

I actually found these tupperware type containers at the dollar store. They are actually bacon storage things. Anyhow, they have a lid and while I can only get about 30 in one containter, having the snap shut lid really helps. Granted, I still get the occassional fuzz, but it is much less often now.

I found them at Dollar Tree :-) I've also seen them at The Container Store, but they are more there (I think they were about $4 or something there).

I put mine in the oven and they turn out great! I dont turn it on though. Just the air free sill alone is great.
