If the wave was already on the fabric, then how would each bow turn out the same?

And if you look closely at the top loop where the wave is, you can see the different layers.

That kind of bow definitely takes time to figure out and get right. I have looked at one myself and tried to figure out how to make it. I just prep the fabric and cut it the size I normally would, then use the rotary cutter to cut the curve shape along one edge. For the bow above, you would do the same with the other color. I am quite certain the ribbon does not come like that Wouldn't that be nice though. It is just fabric fused to ribbon but with the fabric cut differently.
Maybe I will try one like the one above later tonight. I have done some similar to that.

I wish I had the patience to do that. But considering I dont charge for my bows yet, the people I make them for should be grateful for the bows that I give them.

Okay guys....I think I've got it. I believe it is a template that you can buy at a craft store to use with a rotary cutter. I believe it comes in a 15" length. The bow itself looks to be done that way on one side only so it is completely possible. Attached is a picture that I found that may show what I'm thinking. The layering may be the tricky part.

The stars look to be cutouts from a paper punch sold in the scrapbooking area and then glued on like the one below.

Looking for opinions if you think I may be on the right track.

I have made one just like that light blue and cheetah one in the link above. I just study the bow and freehand cut the curves. I don't think buying a template is necessary. With practice, you will get it to turn out the way you want. Once you get it down, it is not very hard at all.
The cheer bows with shape cut-outs are the hardest for me
