OMG she is from Istanbul!
I`ve never made singed flowers but she makes them all in her store and has a lot diff styles so I think it must be the same tecnique as singed flowers but maybe cut in a different pattern ?

So pretty. I love her lotus flowers too. It's just singed flowers, but cut in big petals and I think sewn together, very time consuming

they do take a LOT of work, each petal needs to be singed and then it has to be sewn on and all, they take a LONG time for me
