Default Help with ranunculus flowers please

I just received my flowers from the rananculus buy, and I'm so excited to work with them. I had a couple questions, though. Do you take them all apart and re-glue/sew like other flowers (like from HH, HL, etc.)? Is it better to leave some of the spacers in there to keep it's shape?

Any pictures would be great, if you have them! I'm not exactly sure what I think will look best in the center (cluster of stones, one bigger stone, or the lt. green center that it comes with).

Thanks girls for your creative input!
~Jennie

I am in the same boat as you lol. I got the flowers from the buy too and I did what I do with all my other ones. I take them all apart and glue the pieces together until I get the shape I want.

did you leave the spacers in?
and did you use all the layers of petals?

i was going to post asking these questions as well.

i usually sew my layers, but if i want to leave spacers in, then i can't. so i tried one flower out and sewed it. it looks decent.

i think i want to get bigger rhinestones for the centers.

Both of the flowers that I posted. I didnt leave any of the spacers. For the pink one I didnt use about 3 or 4 petal and the ones that I used werent as "decent" thats why it look totally different than the green one.
For the green one I didnt use 1 petal and I didnt use the spacers either.

I was thinking fo sewing mine too but I dint know how it would go with the hole in the center.

@Allison: You are too silly! YOU'RE gorgeous (inside and out). Thank you, though for the compliment (blush)! I'm (probably more than you) looking forward to you receiving your flowers, b/c I know that you will post gorgeous pics of your creations. Can't wait to see!

@karolinasbows: Those are really pretty! I love that "artichoke"(?) color. I'm glad you talked about taking out some petals. I was reconstructing one and thought I could lose a few petals but wasn't sure if I was "doing" it wrong.

@all the others: please keep posting pics! I love seeing the different variations on how you girls do things! I tried to search, and I keep getting only the ranunculus GB posts. Trust me, don't need any more flowers!

I haven't received mine yet either but I was curious about how to reassemble them. I almost posted today asking the same question but I got busy and forgot. So I would love to see how everyone does theirs.

so here's mine.

i left the spacers in and glued all the layers together.

the only layers i didn't include, were the very tight ones around the green grassy center piece. that way i can easily get a big rhinestone in.

can other people that have played with the flowers post please!?
