I have a ranniculus that I was playing around with. I tried hot gluing the layers, but there were so many layers that it started to look bulky, if that makes sense and the petals started to have a lot of space between them. I think a lot of glued layers isn't the best approach. Next time I think I will use fewer layers.

Here are a few of mine. I also included a side by side of the ones I normally use compared to this last GB of runun's size/quality. The last photo the light olive green & the middle light cream are from the GB the one on the far right are the ones I buy from craft stores. The second to the last photo is a craft store ranun too but the first two are from This past GB. I am such a perfectionist when it comes to piecing these bad boys together lol - drives me batty but I can't help it. Anyways how this helps inspire someone.

I took out all the spacers and glued the petals.

The pics that have been posted so far look amazing! I must not be gluing in the right spot. I took out the spacers and used all the petal, but I'm not loving the shape. When I get some that I like, I'll post pics, too. (Thank you for those that have posted so far)! It's been really helpful.

BTW, love the idea of the vintage button(?) in the middle. Bought some for my shabby flowers, but I will definitely have to try on these flowers.
