Question Quick Korker question!!!

do you starch your ribbon before you wrap it? While its on the dowel rod? or after you bake it???
I have my ribbon cut and ready to go but I don't know when to starch it... Help!!!

I am not sure so I am no help. BUT, I never starch korkers and they turn out nice. Just wrap them really tight and they will hold!!

For me it depends on what I am making them for. For Korkers that go on the Pony O's I starch them on the dowel's and then after I put them together and hang them I spray them again. When I put them on a alligator clip, I starch them after I put them together. My sister prefers them to be soft, so hers I dont starch at all. However my girlfriend, her daughter is rough so she likes me to make them stiff.

When I do starch them (I don't always starch korkers) I do it on the dowel before I bake them.
