i was using the store brand stiffiner, bit i recently graduated to STA FLO I put it in a spray bottle that I got at Walmart I cut my length to what ever I need spray a little starch and start working with my ribbon after im done making the bow i spray a little more. I do it this way to insure all the creases in between stay put... ohh before i spray the first time i cut my ends and fray check them. HTH

i bought some crappy cheap thread that does that...but i don't use it now...i use singer button and carpet thread...i just buy it when i'm at the grocery store...one roll of black and one of white....you're more likely to break the needle than the thread with this

If I'm in a hurry, I put my bows in the microwave to dry them fast. Works great.
