I use the starch from the laundry isle, then blow dry them. Takes like 5min. all together lol.

I haven't used a blow dryer yet, but I am going to on the next ones. It takes too long for the starch to dry because I pretty much drench them..lol.

I prefer to bake them, but will starch them if I don't have time. I also only start twisted boutique style. Pinwheels never seem to lose their shape and neither do basic boutique if you crease them tight.

Even if you cover them in starch, the blower dryer still dries them pretty quick. Just always keep the blow dryer moving or it will melt your glue. I put my dryer on low, high heat.

I starch too. I hand fold and sew (sometimes tie) them and they are always pretty perky even after a couple of years, but I feel better selling them if they are somewhat stiff. I drench them as well, and who ever suggested the blow dryer...yes it works wonders! If you are in a rush, it works. If I'm not in a rush, I starch and let them sit out over night. Also, if I'm making stacked bows, I starch each piece individually, then dry, then put them together. Whew, it's work but looks nice.

Queston: If you bake after starching..how long and what temp? Also what kind of thread do you use to sew or tie them with? thanks

So I spray starch and let dry or spray starch and bake like korkers? Anything else?

Yeah I would like to know what thread you guys use to sew them. I use reg. thread but it's always breaking! Then I have to undo the the bow, rethread my string and start all over. Its a huge PITA!
