And I can't get the hang of using the woodburner to connect my FOE. I tried and it just made a mess?

I use a lighter to seal the ends together.

I use Maeve's tutorial and sew them by hand. I have a sewing machine but I don't have anyplace to set it up. I am going to try the glue method and see how that comes out though.
