Do you fold the material over when bonding? it looks like it may be folded at the edges, but that may just be my eyes not seeing it too well.

Also, I have been using heat n bond with all my materials on my cheer bows, but have seen that others use iron-on vinyl. Which works better with spandex, and when you use iron on vinyl, do you then adhere the spandex to a ribbon like you would with sequin, or do you just leave it alone (when it's the lowest/largest layer)?

How do you make that awesome bow with the "wave"? (second pic, says "metallics") I've tried and it doesn't come out so good looking on the tail.
