Default My bottlecaps from Monday around mid morning...

ARE STILL STICKY!!!!!! I went ahead and ordered the Colores Doming Resin yesterday and paid for 2-day shipping, so it should be here tomorrow!!! Packing up this *%^$# ET Lite and taking it back!!! I know it was something *I* did wrong, but I don't want to go through this every time I do caps---not knowing if they're going to dry or not. At least with the Colores, I can bake those puppies and have them ready in a couple of hours....UNLESS, of course, I do something wrong there, too!!!! You girls who have mastered ET Lite-----YOU ROCK!!!!!!! It whipped my arse!!!!

Be sure when you bake the Colores that you don't put them in the oven too soon, or you may get bubbles (learned from experience ). I would say you need to let them sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours before baking. That has been my experience anyways. You'll still have to check them for bubbles the first hour or so like you do with ET.

If the et lite didn't set up completely you can do another light coat over the top & it should set up as long as you have it mixed right.

Are these products you recommend? Currently I use ET Lite but I have never baked it. I just let them sit all day and they dry. The last set I did stayed sticky but I put another coat on and now they are fine. How does the bake thing work? Is there another item that works better? Thansk of any suggestions.
