Default crazy question

Is there anyway you can make a hairbow for an infant with no hair that will stay on their head. I know this sounds crazy, but I was asked if I could this for some pageant babies. The only thing I have found is this
http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=32863303
but I don't know how safe this would be.
thanks

This sounds off the wall lol --- but I had a friend who used Elmer's school glue --- it's non-toxic ... or honey --- They both worked and kept the bow on!

yes, you can use "glue" like that for bows. It is non-toxic. Up here (Indiana) the hopsital uses it to put bpws on baby girls. However, you can also use interchangable headbands. The headbands have a loop to clip the bow to. They can be made with different materials like lace, elastic, or ribbon. I make some if you need them.

Our hospital uses KY Jelly and I know some people use Karo syrup.

I've always heard to use a little Karo syrup. Sticky enough to hold the bow, but will wipe right out of their hair...

I used elmers glue on my DD till she was about 3 months old then i started using nylon interchangeable headbands once her head got bigger. Ive also been told that you can use KY Jelly but that stuff is to expensive to waste LOL.
