Default Lenthgs for thin elastic headbands?

I got some thin elastic material at Joannes to try out these cute thin, elastic headbands, but I'm not sure what size to cut the elastic.

Does anyone who makes these have measurements they could share with us here? I probably wouldn't use these on newborns, but I'd like them for babies up to adults....

Thanks so much!

Stacie

This is the measurements on that really cute one on etsy 13in for newborn, 14 1/2in for 3-6mo, 16in for 6-12mo, 17 1/2in from 12mo-teen, and 18in for adult.

I do my foe 12" newborn 15" toddler/child 17" teen/adult It's pretty stretchy so this seems to work...I wonder if it would work for you?

Thanks, ladies! I appreciate it. I know I've seen some people who do just a "newborn" or "baby" size, and then say that their other size fits kids all the way to adults. I wonder what "universal" size would fit like that? Seems to me like there's a pretty big head-size difference from young kids to adults...

Yeah -- the only thing I have seen that fits from little ones to adult have been the crochet headbands?
