Default Some Help Please

I want to make the lined clippies with the single loop bow on top. But I don't know exactly the best way to put the center ribbon. Do I glue it to the loop and then to the clip. Or glue the loop to the clip and then the center around the loop and the clip. Am I making sense. Hope I didn't confuse anyone.

There are two ways to do it, and imo, it'll be a matter of preference:

1) The center ribbon goes around the lined clippy (kinda like how you'd attach a bow to a clippy)

2) The center ribbon goes around ONLY the top bow (loop) then glue the bowsie directly on the lined clippy.

My preference is the latter. =)

Thanks I was thinking it was by preference, but thought I would ask.

I put the center around just the loops also, not the clippie. I think if you're going to line the clip with any non-slip material (which I often do), it's nicer to have a flat surface, rather than the "bump'" caused by the center ribbon. Just my opinion.

wat about the bows where you have to wrap around a centre knot. how do you avoid the "bump" situation?

Wouldn't they come off easier if you just place it on top and not around the clip. Just thinking. Anyone know or did a pull test?

That would be my concern also. But, that fact that there isn't a "bump" is great because I put no slip on all my clips and I hate the bump. But I feel that the bow is secured better if it is attached around the clip.

Hmm...now I don't know what to do! I have never liked having the no slip grip over the bump, but I don't like having the bow just sit on top. You got me thinkin...
