Default Etsy Question

I know this should go down in the etsy section, but I didn't get any answers and more people look through this part, anyway, so here I go again..

Hey guys, help! Can you revise a bill to make it a different amount after a person has purchased an item? I'm offering free shipping in my etsy store and a lady purchased several bows today. I know I can ask her to pay and then refund the shipping, but is there any way I can just revise the bill since she hasn't paid for it yet, so that we don't have to mess with a refund? What would you do?

There is nothing you can do with the etsy invoice I guess. If you guys don't want to mess up with the refund, simply send her a revised paypal invoice with all her etsy shopping cart details.
Once she paid you can manually mark 'payment received' on your sales record page.

I would actually just cancel that sale and put up a reserved listing with her items.

I think the other ladies had the best options

But just wanted to say that if you are offering free shipping you can add a free shipping profile and then go to batch shipping tool and change all the items in your shop to the free shipping, when the sale is over go back in and put the original shipping profile back on
