Default thread??

Do I need to use a certain thread to hold my bows together or can I just use the regular needle and thread that came with my sewing kit??

I have heard that some use dental floss to hold their bows together. I use crochet thread myself. I find that standard sewing thread is not strong enough to hold my bows together because I like to make them really tight.

I use a no-wax dental floss. Impossible to break! Upholstery thread works great too!
