Question lining clips with tape not hot glue?

I don't know if I read this right but do you girls use double stick tape to line your clips instead of hot glue? Does it hold just as well?? I have never heard of doing that!

Yes lots of us do use the double sided tape. I don't know the name of it as I've bought three rolls in a group buy from here in the last 4 or so months.
Sealash rings a bell... but I don't think that's right. Hopefully someone else can tell you the real name and where to get some.

I only use the tape for lining my clips, but I've found that it works just as well as hot glue and I think it looks cleaner and neater and I NEVER burn myself lining clips anymore.

Sealah tape is one brand but there is also some that people do group buys for- one is called Specialty Tape. One of the girls sells it on her website- if I can find the thread I'll post a link.
BTW I LOVE the double sided tape for clips!!!

Does the double sided tape hold well? I am afraid of someone just pulling it and coming right off.

I use a type of glue -- not E6000 (I can't handle the smell) but it is clear and dries really well and is invisible. I stopped using hot glue when my fingers couldn't handle it anymore... It can be pulled off but takes some effort. I'll post the name when I get home and take a look at the bottle...

I have not used tape yet. I ordered it and it shipped this morning. Yippeeee! I have heard that it holds just as well after it is left to set for a while. I hope this is true. If so, I can line clips in car line to drop my kids off at preschool. That will save me ALOT of time at home.
