Sorry I have been away from the computer all day. I think the 1/8" looks great! What is that elastic made from? Most of what I've seen was polyester and I didn't think it dyed so I never thought to try it! I was at HL today but had an impatient DH waiting with the kids in the car so I couldn't look around. I did see some 2mm (close to 1/8") that was really stretchy that I thought could work. I know our Walmart has 1/8" so if yours is polyester I can just try that there, but just didn't think it would dye.

Oh, and while I was waiting in line at HL, I could see the flowers by the checkout and wished I had time to really look at them because I saw a few bushes that had tiny flowers on them that looked very similar. My DH had already called me about 3 times in the 10 minutes while I was in the store (Doesn't he understand?!?!?!) so I was very rushed

Pook what RIT's dye color did you use for the band? I really like that color. Tonight I picked up mauve and tan. Now I just need to go pick up more elastic to dye.

I found the tiny flowers
They are adorable and measure 30mm
I bought these four colors and they also had green and... brown (I think??) The larger one I just thought would look pretty too.

I found them at Michaels but I do want to mention the 2 stores nearest to me DO NOT carry them
I (my dh) drove to one an hour away and found them at that one!
