Default Poll of sorts...What is the easiest bow to make?

If you are just starting out, whats the easiest to make....lined clippies, pinwheels, basic bow?

Do you use templates or free hand?

Well, obviously lining a clip would probably be the easiest. But if you want to make an actual bow, I would say a pinwheel. You can make your own template from cardboard. Here's a link on how to do it:

Pinwheel was the easiest for me besides the obvious lined clips.

I am teaching my little cousin how to make clips and she find the sewing easier then the lining of clips with glue...

For me, I couldn't make a bow without a template to save my life. When I think back on how many bows I had to do over and over because the loops weren't even, I don't know why I didn't just quit!

I think lined clips would be the best place to start. Even those take a bit of practice to get them nice and straight!

pinwheels all the way! with the TNT templates. i am sure wasted $20 worth of ribbon trying to make bows at first. But the starter kit is $25 I think and well worth it!

To me, the very easiest bow to make is a lil' two loop pinwheel. So easy I taught myself to make it. Twisted took me the longest!! It seems like once you get the creasing part of it down, all bows become much easier.

I'm going to go on a limb and say korkers...now I HATE to make them but it's not that it's hard just time consuming
