Default Single Prong vs Double Prong?

How do I know which to use? Single or double? I've used single and they are ok...but prefer double. Is there a rule of thumb?

I dont like the double ones, my kids easily break one of the bottom legs(?). They look dangerous to me broken.

I'm the complete opposite... I tried the single and didn't like them, but like the double. Like they have all said though, it really is personal preference.

Mine actually depend on the client. I sell tons of single prong. Not too many double...

I use mostly double prong, but I always ask what someone prefers. I really only use single prong when I make bows or clippies to go on wrapped headbands so that they slide onto and off of the ribbon on the headband easily. One of my moms always asks for single prong and one of my moms always asks for double prong.

I prefer the double prongs. If sally's only has the single then I will.

I only use single for headband attaches too... I have never had parents ask for a specific,
