I would suggest at this point to mix another batch of resin & put a new light layer over the top. Once they are degassed & ready to dry put them in a warm oven & turn it off & leave them over night. I have been able to salvage caps that wouldn't cure completely doing this several times.

unsure about et lite, but i have colores resin and i bake the caps 24 hours after i pour at 150 degrees for 30min at that point i check them and then put them in for another 15min to 1 hour at most.... unsure how it would work with et lite tho. if i were you try 1 or 2 bottle caps with what i wrote above and see how that works out. i know when i put them in the oven a few hours later after pouring bubble arose out of no where and ruined the caps... thats why i now wait 24 hrs to put them in the oven...

OMG! What did I do wrong???? I read on a couple of threads that you can put bottlecaps in the oven. I poured the ET resin on, degassed them for about an hour. I put the oven on 200 and then turned it off and put the BC's in. I waited about an hour and there were thousands of bubbles all over them!!! They were set. I tried to warm the oven up and put them in again, no such luck. I ruined 20 caps. Not too many, but enough that it was a pain. Anyone have any suggestions?

i wait till about 6-8 hours later to put them in the oven. cant put them in the oven when they are still in the wet stage, gotta put them in in the sticky stage. i make about 100-400 caps a week so i learned that by experience.

nope, its not the heat that degasses them, it is something in the lighter fluid that degasses them.
