Default Help!!!!!

Ok ladies I need your help. I have been trying to make a shamrock clippie for St. Pattys Day and I am having no luck. I have also been trying to make the heart clippies with again no luck. How do you ladies make them so that the middle point stays flat. I hope this makes sense. Any advice would be great.

I don't make mine so that the middle part stays flat. I don't know if you will be able to tell from the pic since I have an accessory in the center. I can't seem to attach a pic at the moment because of my comp but you can check out my website under holiday if you want to see the shamrock.

I take two pieces of ribbon (about 2.5 inches-one a bit longer) and glue them together about an inch or so. Then I loop them around and glue one over top of the other (the ends are perpendicular together). I do this with three times then I glue them to the middle of the clippie. The center doesn't look "finished" to me which is why I use the accessory in the center.

Hope this helps.
Kimberly

For my hearts I put fabritac in the center and put an alligator clip on to hold it while it dries. Then I hot glue the ends together. HTH and I hope I made sense.

For the hearts I use fabruic tac also but attach the heart to the clippie with hot glue.

Post pics when you can - I have not attempted the shamrock yet.
