Default Polka Dots on Korker Ribbon Help!!

I've done a few batches of korker ribbon and they are turning out great, except for my Navy with white polka dots. They white dots keep getting a blue tint to them after they have baked. I thought it was because I wet the ribbon the first time, so I did them dry the second time and they still had blue fading into the dots. Help!!?? What are some tips on helping them stay white? TIA!!

I've been doing 15-20 minutes at 300. So, maybe I'll try 250 for 30 minutes.

Thanks ladies!!

Hmmm..well, I think I'll give a couple more batches a try. I don't know what brand it is, as I bought it off of Ebay. I'm wondering how important brand is to the matter? Do you think spraying them with starch before helps any?
