After dd broke several sewn korkers I started using upholstery thread-I can't break it! I attach the korker to the clip in the same fashion as Tonya. I had seen her post somewhere before-it works great!

This just gives it a bit more hold in my opinion, and even with substantial pulling (I do test pulling on everything to see if it will come off easily) they don't budge a bit!
