Default Bitty Bows for babies with no hair - and the "glue"

I made a bunch of 1" tiny bows thanks to Michelle's recent instructions. They are so adorable! I want to sell them in sets (maybe 5 or so?) at my upcoming show with instructions to use karo syrup to make them stick to the baby's head. I'm testing one on my 3 month old right now and it works well.

My question is, should I also sell a small bit of karo syrup with the bows? Even 1 tablespoon would go a long way. But how would I package it? Do you think it would keep okay in one of those small ziploc bags (the kind you can get a pack of 100 for a dollar or two at Walmart in the craft area, meant for beads or earrings probably)?

What do you think?

BTW, making the bitty bows (that's what I'm calling them!) is my new favorite thing to do while I nurse my LO.

Okay...this I haven't heard of before. Attaching a bow with syrup. I guess I would not want to be outside with even a little bit of syrup on a baby's head. I see wasps, flies, etc.

If you think that is something... I have even heard of people using KY Jelly to attach the bows.

i used to put the bows on velcro.
attach bow to hard side and have soft side on a teeny wisp of hair.
that seemed to work on my wee ones.

Something I've done to distribute small amounts of liquid in the past is to buy those little paint pots all linked together thingys at Hobby Lobby. You know, the ones like what come with some paint by number sets that hold a little of 6 or so colors of paint? They're really cheap, and you can cut apart each little paint pot to get several from one set.

Been a long day - I don't know if I described that well at all, lol!

That IS a great idea! I wonder how much those cost. I'll have to check it out! THANK YOU!

Oh, and I just realized you said Hobby Lobby. Yay! Because I have a GC with a small balance left on it!
