Thats not a good deal. You should be able to continue your website and everything.
In the shops I am in we made a deal that I pay a small fee (25 bucks/month, basically a buck a day) to have display in the shop and I put on my website their shop name and address...
I have a fee places where we do consignment but i prefer the flat rate, comes out to be WAY cheaper.

Whoa! So she wants you to to basically give her your business at wholesale rate? Which would thereby render any further opportunity you have to grow your business useless? No way. You set your own terms, not her. I would give her terms and conditions that you set (one being that you can sell to whomever you choose etc) and if she accepts them, great, if not, too bad for her. Don't sell out.

Thanks, that's kinda of what I'm thinking. The conversation was going good, then she said that. It really caught me off gaurd. We will see how Wednesday goes.

Run away from this deal as fast as you can. It's not worth it. Keep your website and do shows.

I think this is the situation she may be facing:

If you are to sell your products with your name on it, customers can simply go online to make their purchase, hence, she will loses her biz.

I would agree with another lady here. Sell her your product with a different name.

If she still doesnt agree, I would drop her altogether. You will only have revenue from her, vs having revenue from your online store, and other possible stores.

I would tell her that if she wants to do business with you, then she will have to accept the fact that your not going to be her only client. We all here to make and create works of art and you can go tell her where it shove it! Who knows even what her turn over on her stock is anyway. She could be just blowing smoke. well any how that is my 2 bits.

Yikes! That's just bad business.

Unless she's buying your business outright and you go to working for her, she has no right to determine and set your business plan. I don't know of anybody who does that. I'd tell her to set her price the same as your site prices or make her a line for her store but don't sell out! The customer doesn't dictate your business practices.

Good luck with the meeting. Can't wait to hear how it goes.

I agree, one shop I just have cards that say the shops name, not mine, another one doesnt care and I put them on my own cards

So, you could either not card them at all or card them on a card with her store name so non one knows from whence they came

Here's my plan for tomorrow. I already have several bows in a brief case, with one on a card, just for an example. First I think we should discuss if she would want something like these in her store. Then we can decide how many, style, ... and I would like to sell them out right at a discount, but would try consignment for the first month or two to see how sales are. She can choose a few or we can come up with a custom line for her store, but everything else will be available through my website or to others that may want to carry them in their store, or whatever I feel like doing with my product. I think that sounds very reasonable and I just have to stick by it or walk away ( which will be tough for me). I sound younger on the phone so perhaps she thinks I may be young and nieve (sp?) and can get my products really cheap or run out her competition. My boss exaggerates, but says I sound like a 5 year old. Nice huh? I hope not, that may make it hard to get customers. Well, that is what I am going to do. Wish me luck, I will let you know what happens tomorrow.

Like Allison said, you can put the bows without your name on it so nobody will know who makes them and you can still run your bussines like usual.
Be professional, courteous and don't let her intimidate you.
Sometimes you need to compromise, but don't compromise your website or be able to sell anywhere else. Ask about what she expects her sales to be just for bows, the markup, etc, etc.

I really hope everything will work out as you want. Wish you the best!!!
