It seems like everytime I use my glue gun on fabric, ribbon, or anything it falls right off. Am I doing something wrong???

I know if I dont let my glue gun heat up for awhile it tends to not hold as well. I'm not sure if that's the problem, but I know for me it happens. Have you tried FabricTac? I really like using that more than hot glue because I don't burn my fingers and I don't get all the little strings of glue like I do with hot glue. HTH

I agree you have to make sure it is heated up for a while before using it and make sure you are applying enough glue
I use a low temp glue gun for all my crafting needs LOL!

I feel the same way. I followed the great bottlecap how to and the bottle cap fell off in about 1 hr of wearing! Yikes, I hope it was because I didn't use alcohol to clean the bottlecap surface....

Check to see that the glue you bought says fabric on the back. I had the same trouble the other day. I just picked up a new package of glue for high heat settings. I never looked at the back where it says what it will hold and sure enough it was for all kinds of things but not for fabric. I didn't know that there was a difference. But after many of my bows not sticking, I will always remember to look.
