I just got the magnets in the mail.....1/4" x 1/16" magnets. Are these the right size? They look really small??

There was another thread posted about this today. I think it was called 13 million dollar tween or something like that. Sounds like they have a trademark, but you might want to check out what exactly they have trademarked. I was told by a clothing designer that she does not trademark or copywrite (can't remember which one now) her patterns because someone could change it 10% and it is theirs.

So I wonder if it is the actual necklace that is trademarkes?? With the washer and magnet combo???? How can I check on this?

trademarks are on names....she has a trademark on the name snap caps. in order for her to go after anyone for using the same idea she would need a patent.
