Michelle,

I saw your post here, I fully line my snap clips, I think I saw one posted on your store. How do you fully line your snap clips? I am sure there is a easier way than the way I am doing it. Also which way to you prefer them? Half covered like posted in the forum or all the way like you have posted in the store??

Mindy,

I prefer half lined. It's hard to full insert the last piece of ribbon under the spring when using hot glue. The glue turns cold before I'm done. To fully line the clip, I just cut ribbon longer in step 3, apply fabric-tac or magna-tac on the ribbon, insert under the spring and then press.

I tried lining some snap clips and they turned out horrible so I just gave up. I think I'll try again now that I see how you do it. Thanks Michelle!

I think that half lined alligator clips are easier to put in the hair, I'm not sure if they stay in better though.

It's hard to wear fully lined alligator clips on pigtails. Attach a grip panel (Duck 'Hold it' tape), it'll stay all day. 'Hold It' is self adheisive. Easy to attach.

This is probobly going to sound really dumb but, do you just sell the lined aligator clips with nothing on them?

Yes Shelly. Here is the link.

I used to list them on eBay, 12 clips sold from $10-$20. In my store the price is $1.99 each.

Michelle,

Thanks for the info I saw those instructions but it never dawned on me that you didn't put anything on it after you lined it. That is the only way I have ever seen them(with something on them) What a cute and simple idea.
